The opportunity

Altruist is in the midst of an exceptional growth phase and we’re excited to hire a Transfers of Assets Analyst to join our growing Operations Team. As a Transfer of Assets Analyst, you’ll play a hands-on role in helping client assets move onto the Altruist platform accurately and efficiently. You’ll review incoming and outgoing requests, submit transfers, resolve exceptions, and partner with internal teams and external firms to keep transfers moving and improve the client experience.

Your work has a direct impact on whether client accounts are funded and ready to trade, since delays in transfer processing can affect service levels and revenue generation.You’ll also join a team environment where collaboration and culture matter, which makes the role especially exciting for someone who wants to do challenging work alongside people who support one another.

Please note: This is a hybrid role based out of our Dallas, TX office. You’ll be expected to work on-site Tuesday-Thursday.

Your impact

Review documentation to confirm if it's in good order

Submit electronic and manual transfer requests and follow to completion

Contact contra firms to resolve any blocks on completing client requests

Assist with daily reporting

Identify areas for innovation and process improvements

Build relationships internally and externally to improve the client experience

Research and resolve transfer exceptions by reviewing reject reasons and memos, resubmitting eligible requests, and coordinating outreach when advisor action is needed.

What you bring

Experience - 1 year of experience working as an Analyst at a Financial Services company

An understanding of AML and risk mitigation rules

Education - Ideally looking for a B.A. / B.S. degree in relevant fields such as Finance or Business, but not required

$59,000 $86,000 USD
