What You’ll Do:
Assist customers with lease applications and guide them through the approval process.
Review applications and help make lease decisions.
Build and maintain relationships with our retail partner network.
Contact customers regarding their accounts while providing exceptional customer service.
Make collection calls professionally and respectfully.
Identify sales opportunities and help customers find solutions that fit their needs.
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with company policies.
What We’re Looking For:
Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Sales or collections experience is a plus, but not required.
Valid driver’s license.
