• Respond to customer complaints courteously, offering alternatives when possible.
• Pass on information about restocked goods and client responses to the management team.
• Coordinate with your team to fulfill the goals set for the store and the company.

Qualifications for Retail Sales Specialist:

• Entry is open to individuals who have reached the age of 16 and above.
• The job calls for flexibility in availability, covering evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable and capable in using technology such as cash registers and handheld gadgets.
• Demonstrates exceptional abilities in customer service and communication.

Essential Job Functions of Retail Sales Specialist:

• Assist customers with purchases and operate the register for transactions.
• Transport and arrange items that weigh no more than 25 pounds and can be stored on shelves reaching a height of 10 feet.
• Climb ladders, flex, twist, and crouch down while performing stocking responsibilities and supporting customers.
• Engage in verbal communication with customers, colleagues, and supervisors, either in person or over the phone.
• Consistently shuttle between the sales floor and stockrooms.
• Persist in staying focused and keeping an upright position for an extended time frame.
• Embrace the adaptability of including potential overnight shifts in your work schedule.
