Position Title: Commercial Maintenance Technician
Location: Tysons Corner, VA

Position Description:
Seeking a skilled Commercial Maintenance Technician to deliver top-quality maintenance services across multiple commercial properties in Tysons Corner, VA. This full-time contract-to-hire position involves performing preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on building systems and grounds. You will travel to various customer sites, utilizing your expertise in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, HVAC, and other trades to ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standards. Your role includes conducting inspections, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional customer service, all while adhering to safety protocols. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong communication skills, and be committed to maintaining professional and safe work environments.
Top Requirements:
- High school diploma, degree, or relevant professional experience in building trades (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Carpentry, etc.)
- 2-5 years of experience in commercial maintenance or related trades
- Valid driver’s license; applicable certifications/licenses in trades preferred
- Ability to read and interpret safety policies, manuals, and maintenance instructions
- Proficiency with handheld devices, work order management systems, and basic Microsoft Office applications
- Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance
