Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mobile Store Manager to oversee operations in our Macon, Georgia location. The ideal candidate will manage daily retail activities, inventory, and ensure excellent customer service. This role involves greeting customers, managing inventory, implementing sales strategies, and maintaining efficient store operations to support our mission of delivering reliable medical uniforms to healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) system management.
  • Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, purchasing, and merchandising to optimize product availability and presentation.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service standards.
  • Monitor retail math metrics such as pricing accuracy, sales management, and inventory turnover to improve operational efficiency.
  • Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing clients within the healthcare community.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, DOT regulations, health & safety regulations, and phone etiquette standards.
  • Utilize organizational skills, supervising store activities, and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • All other duties assigned by the sales leadership team.

Skills

  • Proven management experience in retail or wireless sales environments with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills for engaging with staff and customers alike.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse client bases.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems, POS software, and basic retail math principles.
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping, budgeting, and payment handling procedures.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Organizational skills essential for stocking, merchandising, marketing initiatives, and time management.
