We’re hiring a Production Associate at our Manufacturing facility in Moberly, MO and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. A Production Associate responsible for performing routine and repetitive production and assembly tasks, supplying correct raw material to assigned work processes using an ERP system. They will also assemble products as required for shipment to customers, monitor processes and carry out basic quality checks to ensure the product meets specification.

Primary Responsibilities

Follow EquipmentShare’s health, safety and quality standards

Maintain a clean workstation and production floor

Follow production guidelines and specifications

Assemble products and parts using various production methods and equipment

Operate and maintain machinery and production line equipment

Work on the production line to meet production schedules

Report any safety or quality issues to the supervisor on duty

Check stock levels and report deficiencies in products or raw materials

Review and follow manufacturing manuals to build machinery

Transfer equipment manually or with forklift trucks

Assemble and prepare goods for shipment

Read and understand engineering drawings

Use measuring tools to inspect parts (calipers, micrometers, radius gauges, etc.)

Complete quality assurance testing on goods and products

Maintain proper storage for material and product inventory in warehouses

Organize inventory in an easy-to-access process

Utilize machinery such as forklifts to load orders

Move materials or completed products and packages to established locations

Ability to follow directions accurately

Good understanding of how production equipment works

Ability to detect potential problems with machinery

Knowledge of basic safety rules and precautionary measures (safety gear will be provided)

Education and Experience

High School Diploma/GED

At least 1-4 yrs experience in manufacturing or warehousing

Previous experience as a production worker or similar role in a manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements

Physical ability to complete job duties, which may include standing for long periods, working in a space that lacks climate control or lifting objects with an established maximum weight

Ability to lift heavy loads and transfer them manually
