We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Store daily operations. This is a remote, part-time position offering valuable exposure to executive leadership and business/financial processes. The ideal candidate is professional, discreet, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the staff calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and reminders
Maintain and organize digital filing systems; perform accurate data entry
Coordinate and oversee outgoing mail, including scheduling or arranging local drop-offs when required Draft, proofread, and manage emails, reports, and other business documents
Plan and coordinate virtual meetings, events, and travel arrangements
Provide light IT support and basic administrative accounting assistance
Conduct research and prepare briefing materials for meetings and presentations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or personal assistant role
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
Experience with event planning or coordination is a plus
Technical Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Basic knowledge of accounting software is an advantage
Ability to create newsletters or assist with communications as needed
Reliable computer, secure internet connection, and ability to work remotely
