About Us

Arizona Performance Institute is a family-owned sports and orthopedic PT clinic in Mesa, serving athletes and active adults across the East Valley (Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley). We built AZPI around one idea: care should be 1-on-1, not rushed and not shared. No double-booking. No handing patients off to aides. Just you and your patient.

We're looking for an ortho PT with a sports background to join our team and help our athletes get back to what they love, stronger than before.

What You'll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 orthopedic PT evaluations and treatment, full autonomy over your plan of care
• Treat a general ortho caseload with an emphasis on athletes and active adults, post-op, sports injuries, return-to-play
• Work alongside our sports performance and group fitness programs when cases call for it
• Build real relationships with your patients over a full course of care, not just a few visits

What We're Looking For

• DPT with a strong ortho foundation and genuine interest or experience in sports rehab
• Comfortable managing return-to-sport progressions and athletic populations, from youth to adult
• Someone who wants to build long-term patient relationships, not churn through visits
• AZ PT license (or eligible)
