We’re looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing remote team.
You’ll play a crucial role in engaging leads, nurturing client relationships, and setting the stage for both tax planning and insurance solutions. Over time, you’ll transition into a licensed closer role where you’ll handle insurance sales directly.
What You’ll Do
Engage with new leads and follow up on outstanding engagement agreements
Conduct consultative meetings (phone, Zoom, or in-person) to uncover client needs
Schedule and prepare client meetings for tax planning and insurance presentations
Track client progress, ensure quarterly check-ins, and support retention
Maintain accurate CRM notes and communication logs
Attend networking or business events to represent the firm
Transition into closing insurance sales directly once licensed
What You Need to Get the Job Done
2+ years of B2B sales or account development experience
Strong professional communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn, Google Suite, or similar CRM/sales tools
Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize time effectively
Self-reliant, competitive, and driven to meet/exceed targets
Comfortable selling in hybrid environments (direct + virtual)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing preferred
Compensation and Career Growth

Phase 1 – Sales Development Rep- BDR
Base Salary: $48,000 annually ($4,000/month)
Quarterly Bonus: $3,000 for hitting 90%+ of KPIs
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $90K–$95K annually
Phase 2 – Account Executive
Base Salary: $55,000 annually
Quarterly Bonus: $4,000 for hitting sales + KPI targets
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $110K–$125K annually
