Business Systems Analyst - Operations

Responsible for duties associated with developing, managing, and supporting Bank and Trust processes, projects, and systems used across the organization. Provides professional, technical, operational, and project support to bank personnel by investigating and reconciling escalated questions and concerns related to accounts, products, services, workflows, system functionality, and process effectiveness.
