Position Summary:

We're looking for a caring, energetic Teacher who enjoys helping young children learn and grow. You'll create a safe, fun, and engaging classroom while working closely with children, families, and fellow teachers.

What You'll Do

Duties:

• Plan and lead age-appropriate learning activities.
• Create a safe, clean, and positive classroom environment.
• Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress.
• Work as part of a team and provide guidance to assistant teachers.
• Follow all center policies and state licensing requirements.
• Maintain classroom records and participate in ongoing professional development.

Requirements

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for working with young children; childcare or early childhood education experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of child development.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and actively participate in classroom activities.
