Customer Support Representative / Contact Center Agent (REMOTE IOWA)

Aureon Contact Center is looking for full-time Contact Center Agents to provide customer service and outbound sales support to contact center customers with high quality, courteous and accurate problem-solving in a timely, efficient and professional manner. Previous call center experience is desirable but not required.
