Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and assist with check-in and registration
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Manage multi-line phones with professionalism and warmth
• Enter patient information accurately into dental software
• Submit and track insurance claims and pre-authorizations
• Collect and post payments, including credit card transactions
• Monitor and interpret data for scheduling and workflow efficiency

Qualifications:

• Experience with dental office systems and MS Office
• Familiarity with insurance verification and claims (preferred)
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• High attention to detail and organizational ability
• Friendly, professional, and patient-first mindset

Preferred Traits:

• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with social media and basic marketing (a plus!)
• Coachable and open to feedback in a fast-paced setting

Schedule:

• Full-time: Monday through Friday
• Daily hours vary to serve patients more effectively
