Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and energetic Entry Level Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of promotional events and customer engagement activities. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop experience in event planning and coordination.
Responsibilities
Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events.
Support event setup, logistics, and execution.
Organize event materials, displays, and supplies.
Welcome attendees and provide assistance during events.
Help manage guest flow and event operations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure successful events.
Gather attendee feedback and support post-event reporting.
Maintain organized event documentation and records.
Represent the company professionally during all events.
Participate in ongoing training and development.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
