Outreach Therapist- Intensive In-Home Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Service (IICAPS)- 6546

OBJECTIVE OF POSITION:

Coordinates all aspects of clinical treatment for assigned clients with behavioral health conditions, utilizing the designated model or intervention per program. May provide assessment, individual, family & group therapy, case management, and crisis intervention to assigned clients. Maintains contact with and consults with key stakeholders and relevant collaborative parties. Participates as full member of the clinical team and is responsible for maintaining client records.
