Job Overview
Growing Plumbing Contractor seeking an on-site Project Manager for multi-family jobs. Plumbing knowledge is a must. Pay depends on experience.
- oversee all phases of commercial l plumbing projects (rough-in to trim out)
- directing site manpower
- managing submittals and change orders
- coordinating material procurement
- conducting inspections.
- Knowledge of state and local plumbing codes
