Front Desk Agent – Super 8 Wheat Ridge

Pay Rate: $19–$20 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: PM Shift 3 pm - 11 pm

Location: Wheat Ridge, CO

Super 8 Wheat Ridge is seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team! We are looking for someone with a great attitude, strong customer service skills, and the flexibility to work a variety of days, including weekends.

Responsibilities include:

• Checking guests in and out efficiently and accurately
• Answering phones and assisting with reservations
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving guest issues
• Handling payments and balancing shifts
• Maintaining a clean and professional front desk area

Requirements:

• Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
• Must have weekend availability
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
