We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to support financial accuracy, reporting, and operational analysis in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role offers a strong mix of accounting responsibilities, inventory support, vendor communication, and cross-functional collaboration, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and analyze journal entries for balance sheet and income statement accountsComplete monthly balance sheet reconciliationsAssist with reporting and analysisSupport physical inventory counts and inventory reconciliations; some travel may be requiredInvestigate and resolve pricing variancesCommunicate with vendors to address discrepanciesProcess inventory adjustments and provide related analysisServe as backup support for accounts payable activitiesProduce daily, monthly, and ad hoc financial reports
