Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate caregiver to provide care on an ongoing basis for our clients. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and non-medical support to individuals in their own homes. Responsibilities:

• Drive clients to appointments
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and personal care
• Help with transfers, mobility, and repositioning
• Provide oral, hair, skin, and nail care
• Assist with feeding and PT exercises
• Offer socialization, engagement, and support
• Meal preparation and cooking
• Medication reminders
• Client laundry and light housekeeping
• Run errands and grocery shopping
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment

Ideal Candidate:

• Warm and patient personality
• Excellent time management skills
• Experience in home care
• Ability to provide engaging and safe care
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Available for 3 hour shifts, mornings or afternoons, weekdays M-F
• Must have a driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance
• Minimum of 3 years of home care experience
• Self-directed and independent
• Alzheimer’s/Dementia experience is a plus
• High School Diploma or GED. Certified Nurse Assistant certification a plus
