What You'll Do

  • Provide individualized, high-quality speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing evaluations and treatment
  • Help residents maintain communication abilities, cognitive function, safe swallowing, and overall quality of life
  • Support residents in staying connected to the people, activities, and conversations that matter most to them
  • Build meaningful, lasting relationships with residents, families, and team members
  • Deliver care in an environment that values outcomes over volume
  • Document patient progress using Net Health and facility systems
  • Collaborate with residents, families, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Contribute to a positive, team-focused therapy culture where support and ideas are shared
  • Bring professionalism, compassion, and kindness to every interaction

What You'll Bring

  • Degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
  • Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license in good standing
  • A genuine passion for working with older adults
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • A team-oriented approach and commitment to quality care
