Job Description:

Coke Florida is looking for individuals who want to work on a part-time basis as Merchandise Representatives to cover the market of Clewiston and Belle Glade in the Palm Beach, FL area.

The requested work schedule is from 1:00PM to 6:00PM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with one day during the week that can be flexible.

Our part-time Sales Merchandisers are integral members of our team, responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers. As a Merchandiser, you will work directly with customers to maintain strong relationships and deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain company guidelines by creating and sustaining product displays and equipment placements in full compliance with regulations.
  • Keep a tab on the inventory of drinks, making sure it is maintained at the right levels at all accounts. Allocate shelves wisely and offer cooling equipment where needed.
  • Keep a close eye on the inventory levels at the back-end and handle the trade breakage situation tactfully in the allocated accounts.
  • Regular and clear communication is key to meeting the diverse needs of customers in a timely manner.
  • Foster and maintain a professional and congenial relationship with team members, customers, and clients.
  • Manage inventory levels, business resources and sales points, ensuring the account follows the company's merchandising procedures. Display and rotate products accurately in accordance with guidelines.
  • Conduct store surveys.
  • Share any critical information on account movements, such as machinery repair requirements, with the relevant parties, to avoid any delays or disruptions in operations.
  • It is important to adhere to merchandising standards and rotate products in designated accounts to avoid any inconsistency.
  • Arrange the backroom inventory in an orderly fashion for efficient access.
  • Uphold a clean and organized workspace by regularly sanitizing and maintaining all equipment, sales floor, and shelves.
  • Control the distribution of marketing materials through the adjustment, repositioning, and conservation of point-of-sale advertising to meet account demands.
  • Regularly attend and arrive on time for all commitments.
  • Extend your work schedule when necessary.
  • Obey the regulations, laws, and established guidelines of the organization without exception.
  • Any unsafe working condition should be reported immediately to reduce the risk of accidents.
  • Abide by the rules of dress or maintain the required standards of grooming and presentation.
  • Abide by the predetermined work shifts and schedules that were given to you.

Requirements:

  • Having either a high school diploma or GED is an absolute requirement.
  • The ideal candidate would possess a university degree, but those with an associate degree or who have completed a 1-2 year college program are also considered.
  • You must be at least eighteen years old to join in the activity.
