Line Cook PM

The Madison Concourse Hotel is looking for a skilled and dependable PM Line Cook to join our culinary team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working evening service, takes pride in preparing high-quality food, and works well as part of a busy, professional kitchen.

The ideal candidate has previous line cook experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized and focused during fast-paced service. Prior experience in a hotel, upscale restaurant, banquet, or high-volume kitchen is preferred. This is a full-time position working 2-11pm.
