Collections Specialist

The Collections Specialist is responsible for managing outstanding insurance and patient account balances to ensure timely reimbursement and resolution of claims for behavioral health services. This position works closely with insurance payers, internal departments, and patients to investigate denied or unpaid claims, resolve billing discrepancies, and maintain accurate account documentation.
