Email Marketing Specialist

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Email Marketing Specialist for our UK-based clients. This is a fully remote position offering South African professionals an excellent opportunity to work with leading UK employers from home. You will work UK business hours and join a supportive, fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, build and send targeted email campaigns, newsletters and automated sequences

Manage and grow email subscriber lists with a focus on hygiene and deliverability

Design and execute A/B tests on subject lines, content, layouts and send times

Analyse campaign performance and report on open rates, clicks and revenue attribution

Collaborate with content and design teams to develop compelling email creative

Optimise email workflows and automation journeys in Klaviyo, Mailchimp or HubSpot

Requirements

3+ years of email marketing experience

Expert proficiency in email platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp or HubSpot

Strong copywriting skills and understanding of email design best practices

Data-driven approach with excellent analytical and reporting abilities

Good understanding of GDPR and email marketing compliance requirements
