One Physical Therapy & Performance is seeking a motivated and dependable Physical Therapist to join our fast-paced outpatient clinic in Stockton.

Responsibilities:
- Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide high-quality outpatient orthopedic and rehabilitation care
- Oversee and direct patient treatment progression
- Supervise support staff and collaborate with Physical Therapy Assistants as needed
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Maintain strong communication with patients and staff
- Help ensure efficient patient flow and a professional clinic environment
Qualifications:
- Active California Physical Therapist license required
- Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics and rehabilitation
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outpatient experience preferred
