Block LLP is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the firm's continued growth by attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent across all departments. This role will play a critical part in identifying top candidates, creating an outstanding candidate experience, and partnering with hiring managers to build high-performing teams.

Working closely with firm leadership and department heads, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and help strengthen Block LLP's employer brand. What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition & Recruiting

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer acceptance.

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.

Create and post job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms.

Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.

Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments.

Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.

Extend offers and assist with offer negotiations and acceptance.

Candidate Experience & Employer Branding

Deliver a professional, positive, and engaging candidate experience.

Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Promote Block LLP's culture, values, and career opportunities to prospective employees.

Support employer branding initiatives and recruiting events.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Recruiting Operations & Process Improvement

Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Track recruiting metrics, hiring activity, and pipeline performance.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and recruiting best practices.

Assist in developing and improving recruiting workflows, processes, and documentation.

Partner with leadership to identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency and quality.

Collaboration & Workforce Planning

Work closely with department leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.

Participate in hiring strategy discussions and talent planning initiatives.

Provide market insights and recruiting recommendations to support business growth.

Support onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
