Construction General Laborer (Electrical Infrastructure)

Location: North Texas (Dual-Site: South Dallas & DFW Airport)
Job Type: Full-Time, Project-Based (100% On-site)
Schedule: 8–10 hours per day | 5–6 days per week
Pay Rate: 18/hr
Position Description
We are seeking dependable, hard-working General Laborers to support our client's electrical infrastructure project across two major facilities in North Texas. In this role, you will work alongside licensed journeymen and wiremen to support facility upgrades, conveyor powering, and heavy-duty infrastructure builds.
Key Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Unload, move, and stage heavy spools of wire, commercial light fixtures, electrical panels, and other construction materials across massive facility layouts.
- Conduit & Wire Support: Assist electrical teams with pulling thick commercial cables through pathways and staging rigid metal conduit (EMT).
- Site Support & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by continuously clearing debris and adhering to strict industrial safety protocols.
Position Requirements & Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to handle heavy physical labor, including walking large facility floors and regularly lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Required Equipment: Must provide and wear your own steel-toe boots. (All other standard PPE will be provided by the client).
- Work Environment: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, active industrial warehouse environment.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $18.00
