$55.00-$62.00/HR + $1,140 Weekly Per Diem + Overtime

We're seeking a Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) Coordinator to support critical safety and energy isolation programs on complex electrical construction projects. This role will work closely with project management, superintendents, commissioning teams, and field personnel to ensure compliance with energy isolation procedures, reduce risk, and maintain a safe work environment throughout project execution.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and support Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) activities on large-scale construction projects
  • Collaborate with project leadership to develop, implement, and maintain energy isolation protocols
  • Assist the Energy Marshal with development and review of Method of Procedure (MOP) documents and critical activity plans
  • Support safe startup, shutdown, and commissioning activities
  • Monitor compliance with LOTO procedures and site safety requirements
  • Conduct site walks and field observations to identify and mitigate potential hazards
  • Promote injury prevention, risk reduction, and regulatory compliance initiatives
  • Partner with superintendents, project managers, commissioning teams, and field personnel to support project safety objectives
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to energy isolation activities
  • Assist with incident prevention efforts and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support a strong culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence
  • Act as a resource for electrical safety and LOTO best practices across the project team

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of LOTO Coordinator experience on data center or mission critical construction projects
  • 3+ years of construction safety experience
  • OSHA 30 Construction certification issued within the past 5 years
  • First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications
  • Working knowledge of electrical safety practices and energy isolation procedures
  • Knowledge of state and federal construction safety regulations
  • Experience supporting commissioning, startup, or energization activities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Electrical trade experience
  • Data center construction experience
  • Mission critical construction experience
  • NFPA 70E knowledge and application
  • Experience supporting commissioning teams
  • Experience developing or reviewing MOPs and critical activity plans
  • Energy Marshal support experience
  • Large-scale industrial or commercial construction experience

Schedule

Monday-Friday

5:00 AM - 5:30 PM

60-hour minimum work week
