The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with clients and providing technical expertise across a range of asset classes.We are seeking an individual who is driven, organized, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Develop and maintain relationships with clients while providing technical expertise across a range of asset classes.
Remain organized and provide exceptional customer service.
Utilize superior technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Maintain knowledge of operational procedures and financial industry regulations.
Utilize excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Respond to client queries and requests in a timely manner.
Monitor clients’ portfolios and provide guidance on investments.
Assist in the onboarding of new clients.
Participate in meetings with clients to discuss their individual needs and objectives.
Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest solutions to clients.
