Conduct a variety of routine and specialized laboratory tests-ranging from chemistry and hematology to immunology-while adhering to established protocols.

Scrutinize test results, identify issues, and perform regular maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.

Assist in specimen collection and preparation of samples for testing as required.

Thoroughly document all laboratory procedures, mentor new staff or students, and contribute to maintaining rigorous lab quality standards.

Ensure a clean and safe working environment while following all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

A bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration within healthcare teams.

Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail, especially in quality control and thorough documentation.
