Per Diem Radiology Technician (X-ray Tech)

Job Overview

Our Ambulatory Surgery Center specializing in Pain Management and General Surgery is seeking an experienced and dependable Per Diem X-Ray Technologist to provide intraoperative imaging support on scheduled procedure days.

This role is primarily focused on C-arm fluoroscopy for pain management procedures, with occasional imaging support for general surgical cases. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient environment and collaborating closely with physicians and the perioperative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate C-arm fluoroscopy equipment during procedures (e.g., epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, RF ablations, Spinal cord stimulator trial / perm/ , Pain pumps, SI joint Fusions, incontinence fecal and urinary stimulator trial/ perm)
• Provide intraoperative imaging support
• Ensure radiation safety compliance (ALARA)
• Verify orders and maintain accurate documentation
• Perform equipment checks and maintain sterile technique standards

Qualifications:

• ARRT certified (required)
• Current state license (if applicable)
• Current BLS certification
• C-arm experience required
• ASC or surgical experience preferred
