Position Summary As a Housekeeping Lead, you’ll take a hands‑on role in maintaining exceptional cleanliness across our vacation rental properties while serving as a go‑to resource for the team. You’ll perform detailed departure cleans, support onboarding and training for new housekeepers, and provide day‑to‑day guidance to ensure consistent standards.

This role also includes conducting quality inspections, troubleshooting issues in real time, assisting with supply tracking, and helping prepare homes for guest arrivals and photoshoots. Success in this position comes from leading by example, staying highly organized, and keeping operations running smoothly across multiple properties.

Responsibilities Onboard and train new housekeepers on cleaning standards, procedures, and safety protocols, and provide feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement.

Perform meticulous departure cleans promptly and efficiently, ensuring each property is immaculate for incoming guests.

Serve as a point of contact for the housekeeping team, addressing questions and providing guidance on cleaning tasks and procedures.

Promote teamwork, open communication, and a positive and respectful atmosphere among the team.

Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces as needed to ensure cleanliness and compliance with company standards.

Ensure homes are pristine during photoshoots by coordinating with photographers onsite.

Address challenges or issues that arise during cleaning sessions.

Track and manage cleaning supplies and equipment, as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required

Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in hospitality.

Eligibility to work in the United States.

Reliable, all‑weather vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

Smartphone proficiency for accessing company technology.

Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends.

Commitment to safety guidelines and company policies.

Preferred (nice to have)

Experience in training or leadership.

Hourly Range: $20.00 - 30.00
