Bright Wealth Management is a rapidly growing independent advisory firm with a brand-new office in Scottsdale/Phoenix. We’re hiring a professional, personable Front Desk Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator to deliver a five-star client welcome, keep the front office organized, and support daily operations.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys being the “hub” of an office: greeting clients, keeping schedules on track, and making sure every detail is handled with care.
What You'll Do
- Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally
- Manage check-in and notify advisors when clients arrive
- Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area (coffee/water, seating, signage)
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls with a professional phone presence
- Monitor the main office inbox and route requests appropriately
- Schedule, confirm, and remind clients of appointments using the CRM
- Manage conference room bookings and ensure meeting spaces are ready
- Receive and distribute mail/packages; coordinate outgoing mail
Must-Haves
- 1+ year experience in reception, front desk, hospitality, or customer service
- Strong communication skills and polished, professional presence
- Comfortable with Outlook and basic Office tools (Word/Excel)
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask without dropping details
- Discretion and professionalism with confidential client information

- Advisors stay on schedule because check-ins, rooms, and reminders run smoothly
- Calls/messages are handled quickly and accurately
- The office feels organized, stocked, and “buttoned up” every day
