Job Description

This role manages the front desk, supports administrative and accounting functions, and plays a key role in daily technician dispatching and multi-project scheduling. The ideal candidate can balance real-time dispatch needs while planning and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

  • Strong general computer skills;proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Apps (including email) required
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking and prioritization abilities; strong attention to detail and accuracy required
  • Proven ability to manage both daily dispatching and longer-term project scheduling
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum 1-2 years of related office or administrative experience
  • Familiarity with UPS WorldShip Online, USPS Online, and web-based platforms
  • Working knowledge of standard office equipment (printers, copiers, fax machines, etc.)
  • Professional, polite, and customer-focused demeanor
  • Strong attendance and punctuality required
  • Experience with service ticketing systems such as Zoho is a plus
