Your Day at Lowe's
In your role, you will:
- Welcome customers and provide friendly assistance
- Guide customers in locating and selecting products
- Assist with loading merchandise and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Contribute to restocking and organizing the sales floor
- Have the chance to train in different store departments
- Prepare merchandise based on customer requests
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly demeanor
- Help customers locate products and answer their questions
- Ensure shelves are stocked and merchandise is organized
- Process customer orders accurately for timely delivery
- Engage in cross-training to enhance service across multiple departments
Minimum Qualifications
- 6 months of computer experience, including data entry
- Familiarity with retail technology like smartphones and tablets
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Ability to perform tasks involving standing, sitting, and lifting
- Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs independently
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 months of retail or customer service experience
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Certification in relevant trade areas (such as plumbing or electrical)
