F&B Operations Supervisor

The F&B Operations Supervisor provides supervisory, administrative and operational support across Lodge Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, banquets, and outlet leadership. This role supports delegation and oversight of work, event coordination, scheduling, documentation, inventory processes, and internal communications to help ensure efficient daily operations and exceptional guest service. The position coordinates and directs staff assigned to events in the absence of more senior leadership.
