Concrete Finisher (Traveling – National Paving Team)

Keeley Construction is seeking a skilled and motivated Concrete Finisher to join our National Paving Team . This role is ideal for candidates who are open to travel and take pride in delivering high-quality concrete work across a variety of project sites.

Primary Responsibilities

Perform restoration repairs on on-grade flatwork and structural concrete, including columns, beams, joists, soffits, walls, and curbs

Execute hand patching and detailed concrete repair work

Strike off concrete using straight-edge techniques, then float and finish surfaces

Finish poured concrete slabs using hand tools and power trowels

Set and place forms to correct elevations for floors and site work

Cut joints and grooves using hand tools and assist with layout using string lines

Work collaboratively with crews to maintain quality, safety, and production standards

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of concrete finishing experience

Willingness and ability to travel for projects nationwide

Must be a member of, or willing to join, the appropriate affiliated union

Strong knowledge of concrete practices within the construction industry

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship

Solid communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude

Strong critical thinking skills and willingness to learn and grow
