Machine Operator – Start Immediately

$20.50–$22.50/hr | Weekly Pay | 3rd Shift & 1st Shift

In this hands-on role, you’ll operate modern equipment, keep production running efficiently, and help create high-quality products every shift. What You’ll Do

  • Operate production machinery, including mixers and tortilla production lines, safely and efficiently
  • Setup the machine at the start of each shift and verify proper operation
  • Troubleshoot and report any issues to maintain continuous production flow
  • Replace mesh and Teflon belts as needed
  • Adjust machine settings to meet product specifications for size, weight, and quality
  • Verify recipes and system settings during changeovers using the Plex ERP system
  • Complete production documentation accurately and enter data into system applications
  • Monitor and record production waste and report discrepancies
  • Use HMI/ERP systems to input data and adjust oven temperatures and belt speeds
  • Lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs, including weighing and adding ingredients to mixers

Pay and Schedule

  • 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
  • 1st shift: M - F 6am - 2:30pm
  • Pay: $20.50–$22.50 per hour
  • Weekly pay

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr.
