Machine Operator – Start Immediately
$20.50–$22.50/hr | Weekly Pay | 3rd Shift & 1st Shift

What You’ll Do
- Operate production machinery, including mixers and tortilla production lines, safely and efficiently
- Setup the machine at the start of each shift and verify proper operation
- Troubleshoot and report any issues to maintain continuous production flow
- Replace mesh and Teflon belts as needed
- Adjust machine settings to meet product specifications for size, weight, and quality
- Verify recipes and system settings during changeovers using the Plex ERP system
- Complete production documentation accurately and enter data into system applications
- Monitor and record production waste and report discrepancies
- Use HMI/ERP systems to input data and adjust oven temperatures and belt speeds
- Lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs, including weighing and adding ingredients to mixers
Pay and Schedule
- 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- 1st shift: M - F 6am - 2:30pm
- Pay: $20.50–$22.50 per hour

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr.
