RN Care Delivery Manager – MLTC

$65–$67/hour
Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
Seeking an experienced RN with Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC) experience to lead care management operations, supervise clinical staff, and oversee care planning for a frail and elderly population.
Requirements:
- Active NYS RN License
- MLTC experience required
- Prior supervisory/leadership experience
- 2+ years of nursing management experience
- Experience working with elderly/frail populations
