Maintenance Technician Skilled - Third North & Gurley Lofts

NO ON-CALL OR AFTER-HOURS RESPONSIBILITIES

Skilled Maintenance Technician is an experienced technician with a minimum of 5 years of experience. While Skilled Technicians may have skills in one or more areas of the maintenance trade, all Skilled Maintenance Technicians are expected to be able to perform general maintenance and repair in all areas of assignment. Skilled Maintenance Technicians are capable of completing the majority of work orders necessary to ensure the property’s infrastructure and grounds are maintained in a safe and effective working condition as well as enhance the value of the community following Bader policies, procedures and standards.
