Duties

Answering calls and assisting customers

Processing orders via phone

General admin and data entry

Skills

Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail

Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to work effectively within a team environment

Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently

A proactive attitude with eagerness to learn new skills

Previous experience is not essential but is considered a plus

Basic understanding of office procedures and etiquette
