Dispatcher - Service Customer Care Rep

About the position

This role involves processing incoming calls from Crown customers and Service Technicians, dispatching technicians, entering technician payroll hours, processing parts and service billing, creating daily work orders, and maintaining records and files. The position also requires assisting other departments as needed.

Requirements

• Less than 2 years related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Leadership skills
• Technical experience and knowledge a plus
• Ability to multitask
