Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting assessments and evaluations of residents' conditions.
• Creating and executing personalized treatment plans.
• Tracking and documenting patient progress.
• Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Essential Qualifications: (Flexible schedule is a must)

• Current Occupational Therapist Registered license.
• Previous experience in a long-term care environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously as well as within a team.
