Job Summary

TDG Audio (which stands for The DaVinci Group) is an American electronics company that specializes in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of high-performance architectural audio products used in residential and commercial construction. We are seeking a dynamic and driven B2B Outside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and expanding our presence within targeted territories. Your energetic approach and strategic mindset will help you build strong relationships with business clients, showcase our innovative solutions, and drive revenue growth. This position offers the chance to leverage your expertise in sales, management, and business development to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, cold calling, and networking within assigned territories.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting features that solve their specific challenges.
  • Manage and nurture existing client accounts by providing exceptional customer service, upselling additional products or services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Develop strategic territory plans to maximize sales potential, including analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Hubspot to track sales activities, update account information, and generate sales reports for management review.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness efforts.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of company products, industry trends, and technological advancements relevant to B2B sales environments.

Experience

  • Proven success in outside sales or business development roles within B2B markets, preferably involving technology or technical products.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a territory effectively through strategic planning and consistent follow-up.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, account management, and customer service with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Experience using CRM software such as Hubspot for pipeline management and reporting purposes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and presentations.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies related to lead generation and inside/outside sales techniques.
  • Prior management experience or leadership capabilities are a plus for advancing within the role. Compensation

Base Salary $40K a year plus commission on all sales and bonuses.
