THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you a driven, relationship-first sales professional who wants to sell a product you can actually stand behind? At Lighthouse Exteriors, our Sales Relationship Managers don't just close deals — they guide Michigan homeowners through one of the most important investments in their lives. You'll be the face of our company in Oakland and Macomb County communities, helping families protect and beautify their homes with our industry-leading roofing, siding, concrete, and insulation solutions.

This role is built for someone who thrives on autonomy, loves building trust, and is motivated by both purpose and performance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Conduct in-home consultations and provide professional estimates for roofing, siding, concrete, insulation, and gutter projects.
• Build and manage a lead pipeline through company-provided leads, self-generated referrals, and networking.
• Present project proposals and product options tailored to each homeowner's needs and goals.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from first contact through signed contract.
• Coordinate with our project managers and office team to ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Conduct post-project follow-up to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with integrity and professionalism.
• Stay sharp on our full product line: James Hardie siding, Owens Corning roofing, premium concrete, and more.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You're a Great Fit If You Have...

• 0 to 1 years of sales experience — home improvement, construction, or in-home sales strongly preferred.
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• The ability to earn a homeowner's trust quickly and maintain it throughout the project.
• Strong communication skills — you listen as well as you present.
• A self-starter mindset — you don't wait for motivation; you bring it.
• A valid Michigan driver's license, clean record, and reliable personal vehicle.
• Comfort with ladders, rooftops, and outdoor property assessments.

Bonus Points For...

• An existing book of business or referral network in Southeast Michigan.
• Familiarity with James Hardie, Owens Corning, or other preferred contractor product lines.
• Experience with storm damage restoration or insurance-related sales.
