About the Role

As Manager, Inside Post-Sale, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for growing and retaining one of DoorDash’s most important merchant segments. You’ll own performance outcomes, coach and develop talent, and shape the strategies that power revenue growth and product adoption.

This role blends sales leadership, operational rigor, and cross-functional partnership — ideal for a leader who loves building teams and improving systems in a fast-scaling environment.

Manage and develop a team of Inside Sales Executives focused on revenue growth, and marketing product adoption

Set clear performance expectations and drive accountability to KPIs

Build Scale

Interview, hire, onboard, and ramp new team members

Design and refine processes that improve efficiency and team effectiveness

Drive Strategy Through Data

Analyze performance metrics and pipeline health to inform business decisions

Identify trends and recommend strategic improvements to Sales and Operations leadership

Experiment Optimize

Pilot new outreach strategies, messaging, and workflows to unlock growth

Champion operational improvements that enhance the merchant experience

Collaborate Cross-Functionally

Partner with Strategy Ops, Product, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure merchants have the tools and processes they need to succeed

You bring 4+ years of inside sales experience

You have 2+ years of experience leading and developing sales professionals

You have a track record of driving performance in a metrics-driven environment

You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and thrive in scaling organizations

You’re analytical and use data to inform decisions

You’re an authentic, grounded leader who builds trust quickly

You’ve led cross-functional initiatives and can influence without direct authority

You’re skilled in performance management and talent development

Nice to Have

Experience with Salesforce (or comparable CRM platforms)

Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace

Experience in SMB, marketplace, or tech-enabled services environments
