At Exito Universal, we specialize in customer acquisition, retail promotions, and face-to-face marketing campaigns for nationally recognized brands. As our team continues to grow in Bakersfield, we’re looking for an outgoing, motivated individual to join us as a Brand Representative in busy retail locations.

This is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided. Candidates with experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, food service, event promotions, or other customer-facing environments are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Engage with customers inside retail stores and promotional event locations
• Represent client brands professionally and positively
• Explain products, services, and promotional offers clearly and confidently
• Answer customer questions and provide product information
• Support customer sign-ups, purchases, and account setup processes
• Deliver excellent customer service and create positive customer experiences
• Work both independently and collaboratively with the sales team
• Help achieve daily and weekly sales and customer acquisition goals
• Maintain professionalism in high-traffic retail environments
