Brand Representative

At Exito Universal, we specialize in customer acquisition, retail promotions, and face-to-face marketing campaigns for nationally recognized brands. As our team continues to grow in Bakersfield, we’re looking for an outgoing, motivated individual to join us as a Brand Representative in busy retail locations.
This is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided. Candidates with experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, food service, event promotions, or other customer-facing environments are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Engage with customers inside retail stores and promotional event locations
- Represent client brands professionally and positively
- Explain products, services, and promotional offers clearly and confidently
- Answer customer questions and provide product information
- Support customer sign-ups, purchases, and account setup processes
- Deliver excellent customer service and create positive customer experiences
- Work both independently and collaboratively with the sales team
- Help achieve daily and weekly sales and customer acquisition goals
- Maintain professionalism in high-traffic retail environments
