Key Responsibilities
Source and identify qualified Dutch-speaking candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, in line with Recruitment & Staffing best practices.
Conduct initial screening interviews and candidate assessments in Dutch to evaluate suitability for open positions across various client accounts.
Manage and maintain an up-to-date candidate database, ensuring all records and communications are accurately documented throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with senior recruiters and account managers to understand client hiring needs and develop tailored talent acquisition strategies within the Recruitment & Staffing sector.
Build and nurture strong relationships with both active and passive Dutch-speaking candidates, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage.
Coordinate interview scheduling and provide timely, constructive feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the selection process.
Stay informed on market trends, talent availability, and competitor activity within the Dutch-speaking recruitment landscape to provide valuable insight to the team.
Meet and exceed individual and team recruitment targets by delivering high-quality shortlists and placements that satisfy both client expectations and candidate aspirations.
