- Deliver IDX website continuity post-migration
- Manage contractor-based user workflows successfully
- Complete migration on schedule and within budget
- Achieve stakeholder sign-off on migrated systems
Qualifications:
- Proven project management experience leading platform migrations
- Experience migrating clients off Salesforce
- Familiarity with IDX websites and real estate web integrations
- Experience working with independent contractor users and teams
- Experience in Bay Area or similar real estate brokerage environments
