Owning the full enterprise journey, the full-time Large Enterprise Account Director will engage C-suite executives, lead pilot validation, and drive long-term account expansion for complex, multi-site manufacturing organizations in a fully remote capacity. Key responsibilities Own a focused portfolio of named enterprise accounts, driving executive engagement and maintaining a living account plan Lead structured discovery workshops to identify pain points and secure pilot commitments using the MEDDPICC framework Establish governance structures for global programs and drive post-sale expansion efforts to embed the company's solutions into customer operations Required qualifications 7+ years in enterprise B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, industrial technology, or manufacturing Proven track record of closing and expanding complex, multi-site deals Experience operating across sales cycles of 6-18 months or longer Strong understanding and application of the MEDDPICC qualification framework Ability to build business cases that withstand financial scrutiny and drive measurable operational impact
